This location is one of the most unsanitary locations I have everbeen to. Workers dont wear gloves, AT ALL. I didn't see not one of them even attempt to wash they hands. Imagine them touching their phones, cashier, and lord knows what else...and then making you some ice cream. None of the toppings stocked up, so they scrap the bottom of a topping container they probably never deep clean..how is it 3 peopleworking and nothing is stocked, and they werent busy...the scoop water all foggy, probably because they haven't refreshed it ALLLL DAY! Young teenagers talking on they phone, trying to manage each other, arguing about who's going to take care of the next order. Terrible experience.

The young lady wrote out what I wanted on the cake. My cake was everything but what I ordered. I was informed at pick up that the cake maker doesn't speak good English and there is disconnect often. I did not receive a discount.

Everything was great. Employees were very well behaved and looked like they had an 800 credit score but if you value your life please do not use the bathroom.

PISSED! to say the least. it says cold stone doesn’t close til 9:45. I got here at 9:20pm and the door was locked first of all, then the girl told me to go to the drive thru & when i asked if cold stone was open, she said no. Either she was lying & they closed early or you guys need to update your timing on google cause i drove all the way here for literally NOTHING!

Absolutely horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to make my ice cream order. Placed an order online and they didn’t put 2 waffle bowls in the bad. Store was understaffed and the work area behind the register was chaos. Ordered 4 ice creams to go and they were made sloppy, barely mixed and minimal toppings. Need to do better when you’re charging almost $10 for ice cream.
